Hi, This is some very simple piece of work for synapse and I want to know a few things in-order to answer the problem.
Can you please tell me the transport that you are using to send the message to Synapse? Is that HTTP or any other? Secondly you need to put the PlainTextBuilder and Formatter pair into your axis2.xml and I want to know the Content-Type that you are using if the message is coming over the HTTP transport? Is that text/plain? Inside the mediators this seems a very straight task just a string manipulation.
