Hi Mike,

We haven't yet done anything related to the release than just branching out.
So please give us a bit of time for us to start with the release process. We
are blocking on 3 subsidiary releases namely (transports, sandesha and
rampart all Apache WS projects). So once they are out we can do a official
RC.

Being said that I can host a 1.3-SNAPSHOT build if you want to play with it
and test any scenarios that you are expecting to use in the 1.3 version.

Regarding the Java version, on JDK-1.6 Script mediator tests are failing due
to a conflict of the javax.script provider in the BSF conflicts with the
Java6. I will get that resolved soon. Apart from that everything else has
been tested and verified on the Java6 and ready to be used in production
with the 1.3 release.

Thanks,
Ruwan
