You have access to the Synapse Configuration inside any Mediator.
If its a defined sequence in the configuration.
you can use.
messageContext.getEnvironment().getSynapseConfiguration().getDefinedSequences().get("Sequence
Name").
If its coming from a registry.
you can use.
messageContext.getSequence("Sequence Name")
