please follow the instructions provided: since you are on ubuntu, I
would rather suggest to download the 3 deb packages, then go to:
http://syncope.apache.org/docs/getting-started.html#debian-packages

I’d like running MAVEN production version, NOT EMBEDED version!!!.
EMBEDE version is running well.
The logs after running Tomcat are attached.
What is wrong?
