Hey, I am running Syncope 2.0.6 in production and have a propagation task setup to sync to ApacheDS. Over the past few weeks we have seen sporadic issues where calls to ApacheDS are failing due to connection timeout. It appears sporadic at first then after some time (few hours) all calls begin to fail. Restarting Syncope seems to resolve the issue, I've also noticed that the issue has resolved itself after some time (before we could schedule the restart). During this time I am able to connect to ApacheDS from Apache Directory Studio or by running ldapsearch commands. We also have an SSO application that connects to ApacheDS and it's not impacted during this time. Based on this it appears like an issue with Syncope itself (or the jvm/os settings). While this is happening REST API to Syncope are working as expects, console works fine, only the propagation task to ApacheDS are not working. Any thoughts on areas to troubleshoot? Does the LDAP connector use connection pooling, any pool settings that can be tuned?
OS = RHEL 7 Running in Tomcat 8.5.9 Java 1.8 ApacheDS 2.0.0-M23 Thanks, Justin Isenhour -- Sent from: http://syncope-user.1051894.n5.nabble.com/
