Hi,
I'm running Apache Syncope 3.0.2.
3.0.2?? How old that can be?
I would suggest to upgrade as soon as possible to the latest 3.0.11 available,
which includes the latest security fixes [1].
Check the release notes for upgrade instructions [2].
Keeping your Syncope deployment up to date is definitely a practice to follow
strictly.
I have configured a notification (send email on new user creation) in
Configuration->Notifications.
The configured event is:[LOGIC]:[UserLogic]:[]:[create]:[SUCCESS].
I have also created txt and html templates for the email payload.
When I create a new user no email has been sent to the user and when I look in the
"Notification Tasks" I don't see the start date/end date/last execution status
as if no notification task has been executed.
When I force the execution everything goes well and the email arrives at the
destination.
There are some scheduled jobs to configure? or notifications should be sent
immediately?
You need to take a look at the value of the notificationjob.cronExpression
configuration parameter - see [3] for more details.
