Hi,
I get errors when searching for users. To reproduce, under
https://syncope-vm.apache.org/syncope-console, when searching for users
with Firstname '%' (a single percent character) I get:

InvalidSearchParameters: IllegalArgumentException: URLDecoder: Incomplete
trailing escape (%) pattern, firstname=~%
When searching for users with Firstname '"' (a single double quote
character) I get:
Error!
GenericPersistence: ReportingSQLException: ERROR: syntax error at or near """
of jsonpath input

These errors occur also when directly using the API, but only when using
postgres, not when using mariadb.
