Hi,

Which version of Tuscany are you using? 1.x or 2.x?

We have modules like tuscany-host-rmi which provides integration to the RMI registry using RMIHost extension point. The RMIHost can be plugged in to fit your specific environment.

What's your scenario for WS UDDI?

For subsystems, do you refer to different distributions, such as a distribution for core, web services, web 20 etc? In 2.x, we have the feature (or profile) idea to group a set of modules to form functional offerings (like the different packages from Eclipse downloads).

Thanks,
Raymond

Subject: Directory Service support

Can anyone tell me if Tuscany supports the use of a naming service for
RMI and for WS UDDI? If so how are theses services started directly by
the system or independently. I am assuming for RMI by the Tuscany
runtime.

Final point is Tuscany broken down at all into subsystems?

Many thanks in advance,

Steve.
