It looks like the runtime can't find the binding-ws-axis2-runtime module. What mechanism are you using to start the runtime? From the stack it looks like you're using a JUnit test case (JMSConnectorTestCase). Are you running this from Maven? If so you need to update the pom.xml file to include a dependency on the web services binding. I can look up details for you if this is what you're doing.
