Hi,
Do you have requirements to make your service interoperable? Or are they
just internal services that use Web Service to communicate each other? For
the first case, I would recommend that you start with WSDL/XSD and map them
into Java using an XML databinding such as JAXB.
If you define the service interface using POJO, Tuscany requires the POJO
types follow JAXB default Java/XML mapping rules where no annotation is
present. The WSDL will be generated from the JAXB friendly POJOs at runtime
and it can be accessed using ?wsdl URL.
Thanks,
Raymond

Is it possible to use it with plain Java too and how?
Thanks, Stefan

I would recommend you use JAX-WS/JAXB. Running wsimport against the WSDL
will produce JAX-WS/JAXB annotated interfaces and classes. Tuscany
supports
such annotations out of the box.
