Are Tuscany jars OSGi bundles already? And minimum set of Tuscany runtime for JMS

Hello Simon,
Are Tuscany jars OSGi bundles already? Or do I need to make them OSGi
bundles my self?

Also what are all the minimum set of OSGi bundles I need for running JMS?
