I had a quick look at this and installed the webapp you attached into tomcat and in the logs i see the SCA services starting up ok and when i do a GET on a service URL such as http://localhost:8080/QMonHandSCA2/collectfactors/CollectFactorService/getCollectFactor it successfully returns some JSON - {"factorName":"Weight","factorType":"DefaultType","id":"1"}. So all that looks good, what do you do exactly to get the NPE exception?
