Hi, I think you should re-install with: JDK: 1.8 Tomcat: 7 Cassandra: 2.2.x Elasticsearch: 1.4.5 or 1.4.1 I see many email have issue when install usergrid. Most of the reason is used elasticsearch 2. Hope can help you to resolve your issue.
