Current stable release (3.0.13.0) has a bug described here -
https://github.com/pgina/pgina/issues/99, which interferes with VCL.
VCL uses auto-login option to configure image during reservation.
With 3.1 release this issue will be addressed.
Linux already has support for LDAP auth and it works fine for VCL reservations.

Aside from ldap authentication via eDirectory, VCL is fairly self-contained.
The guest VM's have a local account and temporary password created for each
reservation so it wouldn't tie into Novell without a good amount of effort.
