Cant find Perl Module: Object::InsideOut

When I run:

perl /usr/local/vcl/bin/install_perl_libs.pl

I get and error;

Can't find Perl Module: Object::InsideOut

I am running red hat 5.2  ( so that VMware Server will work) trying to
install VCL 2.3.2
