I thought I'd pass this along.

I know some sites in the US with VCL installs have had interest in granting
access to those VCL systems to students in the K-12 space. This may be a good
webinar to watch to gain a better understanding of CIPA before getting
involved in the K-12 space.

The Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) requires schools to keep
inappropriate and harmful online material from the eyes of students. Many
schools, particularly those receiving E-rate technology funding, may feel
confident that they have adequately met CIPA's requirements.

Yet budget pressures, the drastic rise in malware and the prevalence of
unsecured methods that students use to reach unsuitable content all make CIPA
compliance increasingly complex and costly. Understanding these new risks and
updated approaches to cybersecurity is critical to simplifying CIPA
compliance.

In this live webinar, Kaspersky Lab's Jeff Gaffny and Gary Mullen will help
you learn:

Why CIPA compliance has grown more challenging and complex
How conventional content and web filtering methods are limited in
effectiveness
New approaches to lower the cost and complexity of cybersecurity
