Hi,
For VCL we need 2 NICs, 1 for private and 1 for public.
*I created RHEL 6 image, If I use the default setting : *
DEVICE=eth0 /eth1
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
ONBOOT=yes

then I wont be able to ping public address or to connect to the internet.

I changed the default route by* adding DEFROUTE=yes/no* accordingly to the
config files of eth1 and eth0. Now I get both NICs working fine.

But after image captured, VCL changed the config and removed
 DEFROUTE=yes/no.

Because of this, every time I make the reservation, I can never connect to
the machine via public IP address.

*What should I do to have both private and public NIC working? Should I do
hard-coding the Linux.pm file, so that DEFROUTE will be added to the
network config files?*

Thanks
