Not using netfiler, but the error indicates that the host sees the datastore but may not be able to read or write to it. The VCL code runs this command: vim-cmd hostsvc/datastore/listsummary
In the output on your host, there is a line that contains 'accessible = false'. The datastore is ignored by the VCL code when this is encountered otherwise it would attempt to use the datastore and errors would ultimately occur later on. My guess would be a permissions problem on the datastore. SSH into your host and run 'ls -la /vmfs/volumes/netappfiler02-sata1'.
