Curtis,

It's really about the selected computer groups and the computers you have 
access to manage.  vmhosts are not a factor in which ones are displayed.  Are 
any of the computers in the database marked as deleted?  Deleted computers are 
not displayed.  Another option would be if your database is corrupt and you do 
not have an entry in the resource table that corresponds to the computers that 
are missing from the utilities page.
