Hello,
Yes, the image capture problem is due to the output not being displayed in
English for some commands issues via SSH. You will need to get the
computer to display commands in English when invoked via SSH from the
management node. For testing purposes, I'd run this command:
ssh -i /etc/vcl/vcl.key VM030 ipconfig

I have done some testing and the language settings are somewhat
confusing/unpredictable. While logged in as root, you'll definitely need
to change the "display language" to English:
-Open the "Region and Language" control panel (intl.cpl)
-On the Keyboards and Languages tab, set display language to English

In order to have this change become effective under the Cygwin shell, you
need to log out and log back in. You don't need to restart the Cygwin SSHD
service. The setting does not seem to take effect until you log out AND
log back in.

Verify the change by running the ipconfig command from the management node.
This is where I saw some confusing behavior. Sometimes the output was
still displayed incorrectly if the "System Local" was set to Chinese. If
your display language is set to English and you still see the non-English
output, try changing the system local under the Administrative tab to
"English (United States)". This requires a reboot. After the reboot, log
back in as root and then test the ipconfig command again.

If this works, you can try changing the system local back to Chinese. Be
sure to log back in as root and also reboot the computer to make sure the
setting persists.

Once the language is working, you can reattempt the image capture by
editing the database manually. You don't need to run vcld -setup again.
Modify the row in the request table with id=143. Change request.stateid
from 16 (maintenance) to 10 (image).

Hope this helps,
Andy
