David,

Assuming you are logged in as the admin user or a user that is in the
adminUsers@Local user group, your privileges and computer/image grouping and
mapping look fine. There are a few more things to check:

* If the computers are VMs, are the VMs assigned to VM hosts under Virtual
Hosts?
* Are the computers in the available state (viewed most easily under Manage
Computers->Computer Utilities)?
* Are the image specs (minimum RAM, minimum network, minimum processors) less
than or equal to the computer specs?
* Are your computer groups mapped to a management node group (Management
Nodes->Edit Mapping)?
* Is your management node checking in regularly?

If all of those items check out correctly, you may have a clock skew or
timezone difference between the management node, database server, and web
server.
