Ariuntulga,

There are a number of issues to check that could cause this.

1) Is the "Windows 7 Base Image" image in an image group?
2) Do you have at least one VM defined (you'll eventually want many VMs
defined, but you need at least one)?
3) Is that VM in a computer group?
4) Is that computer group mapped to the image group from #1?
5) Is your management node checking in (check the dashboard)?
6) Is your management node in a management node group?
7) Is that management node group mapped to the computer group from #3?
8) Does the user you have logged in with have permissions in the privilege
tree to the computer group from #3?
9) Is the VM from #2 assigned to a VM host?
10) Is the VM from #2 in the available state?
11) Are the RAM, number of cores, processor speed, and network specs from the
image equal to or less than the RAM, number of cores, processor speed, and
network specs for the VM from #2?
12) Are the timezones on all components of your system the same?
13) Are the clock times on all components of your system correct?

Please include an answer to each of the above questions when responding.
