I assume you want the source code of the Carbon platform. In that case,
take a checkout from [1].
Ideally, checkout the trunk versions of

   - kernel/ <https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/carbon/kernel/>
   - orbit/ <https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/carbon/orbit/>
   - platform/ <https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/carbon/platform/>
