Hi Tobias, I uploaded your CAR file to my tenant and it got deployed within less than a minute (application dashboard is also fine). I wonder whether there was some problem in the ESB at the time you tried this. Do you see this repeatedly? Can you also delete your existing CAR file and re-upload it and see?
