I attempted to add this property in Spring, like this ..... (Sorry about
the absurd outlook formatting)

<!-- Parent Bean -->
<bean id="basePublicService" abstract="true"
class="org.codehaus.xfire.spring.ServiceBean">
<property name="style" value="document" />
<property name="use" value="literal" />
<property name="namespace" value="http://service.sysadm.suny.edu"; />
<property name="inHandlers">
<list>
<ref bean="inArchiver" />
</list>
</property>
<property name="outHandlers">
<list>
<ref bean="outArchiver" />
</list>
</property>
<property name="properties" >
<map>
<entry key="services.list.disabled" value="true" />
</map>
</property>
</bean>

<bean id="semoTransService" parent="basePublicService">
<property name="serviceBean" ref="implBeam" />
<property name="serviceClass"
value="edu.suny.sysadm.TransactionSubmissionService" />
<property name="name" value="NewService" />

</bean>

but it had no effect. Additionally can the listing be disabled for the
servlet rather than the individual service?

        Can you give a short sample of services.xml that coming with
services.list.disabled property setting?

        Thanks,

        In services.xml as service parameter.
