Thank you for quick feedback! I'm using 1.2.6. version of xfire. Particular service is not MTOM enabled. Server responses are chunked, and it works fine both with the client and the server. Problem appears when clients requests are chunked. No exceptions appeared after turning off the clients chunking configuration.
I'm not sure how to check if it's the flushing problem?
