Hi,
There should not be any problem during the upgrdation from XMLBean1.3 to XMLBean 2.0. What you have to do is to compile the XMLSchemas using scomp that comes with the XMLBean 2.0 package and then place the compiled jar in the classpath.   XMLBean 2.0 keeps the features of XMLbean 1.3 and then add some more functionalities above it.
