This seems to be working now.
I had some namespace problems earlier, perhaps I didn't generate new
classes after I updated the schema.

So far, I saved and instance doc with a key violation and then parsed
the doc with an xmlBean without any error appearing.
I also parsed a valid instance doc and programatically set and duplicate
key. Then called validate on the xmlbean representing the element where
the key is defined. when I called the validate method, it didn't catch
the duplicate key.
Are there any XmlOptions that need to be set to enforce keys and keyrefs
being enforced.
