That is what is bothersome.....it actually does have the namespace specified in the schema.  I am actually able to get to the root document but when trying to get the "batch" element, that is when I get the error.  I have looked at both the schema, the generated source file, as well as the document I am trying to parse to ensure I am not overlooking something.

Is there anyway via either SchemaLoader, XmlOptions, or another class I could use to "force" this  element  to be extracted?

Again, thanks in advance.  Any ideas at all will be most helpful.

Subject: error: cvc-complex-type.2.4a

Greetings all.

I have been using XMLBeans with no problem until recently having to use it with a pretty complex schema.  I am able to successfully generate the Java objects using the scomp tool, but when parsing a file, I receive the following error message on validation:

error: cvc-complex-type.2.4a: Expected element '[EMAIL PROTECTED]:hl7-org:v3' instead of 'MCCI_MT200100.Batch' here

I have tried a variety of different things but have been unsuccessful.  Is there someway I can specify something with XmlOptions that I am not aware of?

I would not be surprised if this is something rather trivial that I have totally overlooked.

Thanks in advance.
