Validation Problem "XML object is not of type D=dataroot"

Hi all,
When i try to validate an xml i have this error :
"XML object is not of type D=dataroot"


the problem is in the dataroot tag.
if i modify the name of root xml tag, for example in Dataroot i do not
have the problem.
Why ? Dataroot is a private name ?



This is my xml -->

        <descrizionevendita>OFFLINE-BUNDLE</descrizionevendita>
