XMLBeans doesn't help with fully substitute a class with one of your own, but
it lets you specify a way to enhance the generated class with your own
behavior. For details see the following:

Subject: "binding" for xmlbeans

Hi,

Is there any way to "bind" a class name to an element/type? Any annotations
etc. like what JAXB supports?

Thanks.
