Then I suggest to revise the Two Minutes Tutorial:

I have hit the same issue yesterday, as I was playing with the library
(impressed, so far...). It didn't take much time to figure out the issue, but it
is worth skipping the guessing for future users.
Another note: it can be interesting to give a bit more detail in the Download
page: I wondered what is the difference between "Binary distribution" and
"XStream Core only" and ended in downloading both... Telling the sizes, and what
one can find in the zip can help new comers.
