Please review my changes for the following CRs:
7090160 gcc4 seems to be shipping a lot 'fixed' includes
7090683 several gcc4 man pages don't have any info
Summary of changes:
1) remove /usr/share/man links from gcc3.
2) add /usr/share/man links to gcc45.
3) add /usr/perl5/bin to PATH so gcc45 man pages are built correctly.
4) remove modified Solaris headers from include-fixed.
5) add dependencies to both gcc-3 and gcc-45 on their respective runtimes.

I have a question regarding line 1572 of gcc45/gcc-45.p5m:
1572 depend type=optional fmri=developer/gcc-3@3.4.3-0.173
The hard coded dependency on build 173 looks suspicious to me. Should
this be changed?
