Please review my changes for
7094108 g++ 3.4.3 cannot link binaries when -L/usr/lib/amd64 used
Summary of changes:
When gcc-45 is installed, its libraries are ahead of gcc-3's on the
default library search path. gcc-3 provides libgcc_s_[amd64|sparcv9].so
as a link to libgcc_s.so while gcc-45 does not. I added the link to
gcc-45 to maintain backwards compatibility with gcc-3.
