Thanks to Marccel point me I have sent this reply only to the different
alias. Because the discussion declined from the original topic ...but
the problem is remaining... I am re-sending it again:

Hi,
I am incrementing version of a component in the Userland consolidation
and I am filling an RTI to get it integrated into the SRU gate.
Since this change only increments the version of the component,
I am looking for a definite answer on what to put into the list
of binary deliverables (its the "Binary Delivery" section in the RTI).
Seems like the SRU process needs some updating. The need for a "Binary
Delivery" section in a patch RTI made sense in the SVr4 patch days when a
patch was constructed out of just the files that were different from the
previous rev of the patch (or the original package), but all that work is
now done by the packaging system at upgrade time.
There is no more need for patch assembly -- the consolidation delivers the
built package to RE, and RE puts it in a repo, end of story.
Particularly for a consolidation like userland, where each component is
independent, and the build doesn't need to get crazy in order to make sure
that package versions are what they need to be. Regardless, that's not
your problem, but something for the gatekeeping staff to handle.

Danek,
This is different issue. I think.... I hope now anyone recognizes the
process which is performed by IPS can be called "on-line patching"
instead of packaging (in SVR4 packaging/patching terminology). The
process which we call IDR in RPE can be forgotten now and full IPS
package must be always delivered because we can not estimate what
everything has the customer installed. Till now it is out of the further
discussion.
But currently I met the different issue most like the Vlad's issue.
Updating samba I met the problem of the "make install" (samba internal)
which can change the "deliverables" ...from the previous version
without knowint to me. So I need to know how to modify the samba.p5m . I
tried "gmake install" than "gmake sample-manifest" than I tried to write
a nawk script to make the p5m-diff ...but here is a lot of actions
provided by mangler ...part of the ips-package build... which also
can modify (add files from the other parts of the project, move files,...)
This is currently the biggest problem of the updating.
