The patches I copied directly from the upstream link noted in each
patch. I could have removed some of the info I copied from the patch
link but since it doesn't hurt anything I figured I'd leave it as-is.
Obviously I'm open to removing the extraneous text from the patch if
it's a problem for some reason.
