Could I please get a code review for the changes for:
7152997 Cleanup Userland license file inconsistences

I did a full "nightly" build. Logs are under:
/net/stard.us.oracle.com/tank/ws/UL/7152997/i386/nightly/logs.2012-03-29.09:07/
The following components failed to build/publish correctly:
* make[1]: *** [libedit] Error 2
This failed because it had a problem downloading the source tarball.
* make[1]: *** [python/coverage] Error 2
I forgot to adjust the license information in the new
coverage-27.p5m file.
* make[1]: *** [python/mako] Error 2
I forgot to adjust the license information in the new mako-27.p5m file.
* make[1]: *** [python/pylxml] Error 2
I forgot to hg rename 'pylxml.copyright' to 'pylxml.license'
* make[1]: *** [screen] Error 2
This failed because it had a problem downloading the source tarball.
I've successfully rebuilt them "by hand". See the 'publish-trans.txt'
file in each component directory.
(My SPARC "nightly" build is in progress).
