Yes, i forgot the copyright year. Fixed now.
No changes other than the license line are needed in the .p5m files
going from 1.6.16 to 1.7.5? I trust you, I'm just asking though as I
see a lot of changes in the subversion change log I scrolled through
quickly - it's easier to ask than to ignore.
Should be ok.
I don't really know the innards of subversion so if someone takes issue
with a .patch file change I defer to them but they seem fine to me.
Other than the copyright years the rest looks fine to me.
