Userland developers:
As of the integration of:
7188798 installation of python-smf in a nonglobal zone requires
too many other packages to fully work
into on12 (build 4), an additional package dependency is needed to
build components/visual-panels in the Userland consolidation:
pkg:/system/management/rad/radadrgen
Prior to s12_04, radadrgen lived in the pkg:/system/management/rad
package, but has now been formally separated out into its own package.
