cluster.memory.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold
Percentage (as a value between 0 and 1) of memory utilization above
which allocators will disable using the cluster for low memory available. Keep
the corresponding notification threshold lower than this to be notified
beforehand.
如果后面的值设为0.95 这样是不是说 Cluster内存资源使用达到95%时 就无法再创建虚拟机了吧
如果用的值比较高，这样对物理机有什么影响 ？
会不会导致 整个系统XENserver挂掉？
一般建议设置保留多少合理。

默认情况下，如果Cluster内存资源使用达到85%时，CPU资源使用达到85%就会禁止
创建VM,
可以通过修改全局参数：
cluster.cpu.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold
cluster.memory.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold
继续创建VM。
