我认为，这个时候，应该使用python工具查看一下vCenter API的参数反馈，如果反馈 的信息正常，则Cloudstack存在bug. 如果反馈信息不正常，换其他api工具再测试，如果确实不正常，则vCenter api反馈有 问题(一般不会).
