document-root setzen, weil leicht und schnell. vhosts sind insbesondere wenn du z.b. einen router mit automatischer ip-vergabe (DCHP) etc hast doch recht aufwendig. kannst ja ggf. für einzelne bereiche auch aliase definieren.
