Problem geklärt.
Ich hatte vorher mod_python für 2.0.58 gebaut und danach einfach ein
neues configure für mod_python eben mit dem apxs von 2.2.3 angeworfen.
Allerdings hat das make danach nicht alles neu gebaut, jedenfalls nicht
das Modul. Ein make distclean hat geholfen.
