Are there plans when this will be available?
Unfortunately today there is no progress on this side... I'm sorry but I
cannot give you more precise information.

Not yet ! but this will be allowed in a future. We are currently
implementing a module system in gprolog. With this we will add Prolog
libraries. The next step is to provide them as dll / .so.
