The code in serviceRemoteConsumerAdvisory blocks cyclic subscriptions but
there is also a filter installed that blocks bouncing messages, enable trace
level logging for org.apache.activemq.command.NetworkBridgeFilter to see it
in action.

It is installed in
org.apache.activemq.network.DemandForwardingBridgeSupport.configureDemandSubscription
