When a single Durable Topic contains Persistent Messages, when should the Messages Dequeued counter increment? When the messages are consumed? Or when they expire? Furthermore, if the message is consumed by the single consumer of the durable topic, since there are no more consumers, are the messages freed? Or are they retained until they expire?
