Thanks for prompt reply.
Changed the configuration so that did not use:
<pendingQueuePolicy>
<vmQueueCursor />
</pendingQueuePolicy>
<pendingSubscriberPolicy>
<vmCursor />
</pendingSubscriberPolicy>
for queues and topics respectively.
This has meant that the CursorPercentageUsage on the topics within the
broker are now well behaved BUT the MemoryPercentageUsage on topics is still
creeping up, eventually leading to a full topic and causing failure.
