I am using Apache Maven to run API 1.1 for running twitter queries related to particular keywords. For a keyword, the command works only upto a limit of most recent 15 tweets. I also want to get tweets older than that. I think it can be done by using sinceId but I don't know how to use it. Also, is there any way I can increase the rate limit from 15 to a higher number?
