Hi, I have a requirement where I want to restrict a client to create a topic of particular name. I mean as soon as a client is subscribe to a topic, it will automatically created. I want my client not to create topics the way they want. I want to put restriction on topic creation for example I want to restrict any client to create topic with the name "abcd".
