I'm sorry, the only thing I understand from your question is that scheduled messages aren't working for you, but I didn't understand the rest of what you were saying. Can you please explain further? And can you please explain what behavior you expect and what behavior you see instead?
Can you please show the code for your scheduled meeting producer, and the broker configuration? Tim Bish wrote a blog post ( http://timbish.blogspot.com/2010/10/enhanced-jms-scheduler-in-activemq.html?m=1) about how you can ask the broker what messages are scheduled; it might let you tell whether the messages aren't getting scheduled or aren't getting delivered.
